ActionMobility was started by a daughter helping her mum stay mobile after a stroke. What began as one rollator from a small Adelaide warehouse has become an Australia-wide business — but the why hasn't changed.

We started in 2008 because the experience of buying mobility equipment in Australia was, frankly, awful. Pushy salespeople. Confusing catalogues. Equipment that arrived broken. Prices that felt arbitrary. We didn't set out to disrupt anything — we just wanted to do it right.

Today we ship walkers, wheelchairs and scooters from Cairns to Albany. Every product is hand-selected, road-tested in Australian conditions, and backed by a two-year warranty. When you call our number, a person answers — usually within three rings. If something breaks, we fix it or replace it. That's the whole deal.

Our warehouse is in Adelaide, but we deliver Australia-wide. Most metro orders arrive in 2–4 business days; regional deliveries within a week. Need it sooner? We offer express delivery from $30.
